For most states, it takes 5-7 business days. For WA, NT, and TAS, allow up to 10 business days.
When do you send orders?
We ship at various stages throughout the week, exact details will not be discussed as this poses a security risk for our team.
How can I track my order?
Tracking will not be provided until 10 days AFTER receiving your Order Complete email (which means it has been posted) as this is a security risk. Please contact us if you haven’t received your order within this time frame and we can provide you with tracking. Please note that majority of the time tracking will not update until it arrives at your delivery center.
We guarantee delivery and will reship any lost orders after 18 days have passed since the order was marked as complete. However if the tracking shows the parcel as delivered our obligation has been met and no reships will be offered.
Do you offer refunds or exchange products?
If you change your mind after ordering we do not offer refunds and we will not accept any exchanges as this is huge OPSEC concern.
I slightly underpaid my order can you please still send it out?
Short answer, Yes, but your order may show as cancelled, check your email, email us with an order ID, and a screenshot or transaction ID for your bitcoin payment and we will manually verify it. If you have underpaid you will need to send us the difference, please be aware of the fees, this can sometimes cause an underpayment.
