How long does it take to receive my order?

For most states, it takes 5-7 business days. For WA, NT, and TAS, allow up to 10 business days.

When do you send orders?

We ship at various stages throughout the week, exact details will not be discussed as this poses a security risk for our team.

How can I track my order?

Tracking will not be provided until 10 days AFTER receiving your Order Complete email (which means it has been posted) as this is a security risk. Please contact us if you haven’t received your order within this time frame and we can provide you with tracking. Please note that majority of the time tracking will not update until it arrives at your delivery center.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via Bitcoin

Do you accept any other forms of payment other than Bitcoin?

No, sorry. We only accept the crypto payment options mentioned above.

I have received a different product to what I ordered or my order has been cancelled why?

Roid-Stop sometimes runs of of stock on certain items, we try to keep an itemized inventory and label a product as out of stock, sometimes however, as we sell on different platforms and to private buyers it’s not always possible to update our products stock status 24/7 You will be contacted via email if we have ran out of stock and offered a refund for that product or an exchange for another product. If we do not receive a response from you we will send you a replacement product which will be another brand of what you have ordered. Which will always be of the same or higher value.

I have received an “Order cancelled” Email, why? and how do I resolve this?

We use an automated payment system, which will automatically detect payments, however the system will NOT detect payments if you have sent more or less Bitcoin/Bitcoin Cash often due to the bitcoin not being received within the 120 minute designated time Usually the system will recognise the payment within a few minutes or after the first confirmation. IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN ORDER CANCELLED EMAIL Please send us an email with your order number, and attached the bitcoin hash/transaction ID along with screenshots and proof of payment.

We always reccomend scanning the QR code or copying and pasting the bitcoin address and the bitcoin amount and make sure that you include the fee. If you exclude the fee or send more bitcoin the system will not recognise it. And you will have to contact us.

Do you have any other products?

No, we only stock/offer the products currently listed on our website.
